Meet Lisa

I have been in practice as a psychotherapist for over 10 years, working with clients in California and internationally. Prior to that, I worked in the non-profit field and I continue to volunteer my time in the community, working with families and children to improve educational outcomes and mental health. I lived in many places growing up, and I am a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and Antioch University.

As a therapist, I work to help people develop greater ease and joy in their lives, which are often impacted by habits and behaviors that are no longer helpful, and that we can learn to change.  I am grateful for my work, and am continually learning– I continue to pursue  training in the psychology field. Outside of work, I am an active member of my community and enjoy reading, hiking, swimming, travel, and time spent with family, friends, and beloved pets.
